FIELD: air conditioning facilities. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to air conditioners employing swirl pipes and can be used for cooling air in vehicle interior, such as automobiles. Proposed air conditioner has dry compression rotary compressor whose input communicates with atmosphere and with vehicle interior, and output, with interior and air-to-air heat exchanger, moisture separator and nozzle input installed in tandem. It has also swirl pipe whose hot end communicates with atmosphere, and cold end, with vehicle interior, either directly or through other space of air-to-air heat exchanger. EFFECT: improved comfort owing to increased range of temperature change in vehicle interior, improved operation reliability. 8 cl, 2 dwg
