FIELD: instruments for navigation, control, gravitation measurements. SUBSTANCE: device has light source, two light guides and photodetector. Goal of invention is achieved by input and output optical amplitude modulators, which operate as optical gates, optical amplifier, ring waveguide, which is designed as two light guides with different refraction indices, control unit, delay gate, optical coupler. Output of light source is connected to first optical input of input optical amplitude modulator and first input of optical coupler. Output of input optical amplitude modulator is connected to input of optical amplifier. Output of optical amplifier is connected through connection of first light guide of ring waveguide to input of output optical amplitude modulator, which first output is connected to through connection of first light guide of ring waveguide to first light guide of ring waveguide to second input of input optical amplitude modulator. Control input of output optical amplitude modulator is connected through delay gate and control input of input optical amplitude modulator to output of control device. Second output of output optical amplitude modulator is connected to second input of optical coupler. Output of optical coupler is connected to input of photodetector, which output is designed as device output. EFFECT: measurement of absolute value of acceleration with precision suitable to modern navigation requirements. 1 dwg
