FIELD: medicine, cardiology. SUBSTANCE: invention is meant for detection of changes of myocardium related to infarct. Position of contact plate at moment of measurement of electric potential is determined not relative to ribs but relative to heart, potential is measured at moment when surface of heart and contact plate are drawn closest, when scattering of biocurrents of heart inside body is minimal. Device determining electric potentials of heart is manufactured in the form of electrode having case, contact plate and conductor connecting it with receiving unit, is fitted with mobile electrode, sensor of heart noise, indicator of sound intensity coming in the form of photodiode, for instance.
