FIELD: medical technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to individual undergarments for electrocardiographic diagnostics and monitoring of cardiac activity and can be used in the medical industry, as well as in those industries that are associated with high physical activity of the user, and other industries. Individual undergarments for the upper part of the user’s body include a system for obtaining the electrical potentials of the user’s heart, containing electrodes for obtaining the electrical potentials of the heart, a neutral electrode and an interface for connecting a device for collecting data of the electrical potentials of the user’s heart, to which the electrodes are connected by conductors. The electrodes of the system for obtaining electrical potentials of the heart are located on individual undergarments in accordance with the overlay using the NEB method. Individual undergarments are made of woven materials with high and low elastic modulus values connected by sutures. The electrodes touch the sutures or are partially located on the sutures.
EFFECT: operational characteristics of the measuring system are improved with the possibility of collecting data by the system to obtain the electrical potentials of the user’s heart for diagnosing rarely manifested pathologies of the cardiovascular system by collecting real-time data to record additional changes in the myocardium that are not displayed with standard electrocardiography, due to the tight pressing of the electrodes to the surface of the user’s body and excluding their mutual movements, which reduces the mobility of the electrodes relative to the user’s body and eliminates the violation of the NEB overlay scheme, thereby reducing the risk of the system being unable to collect diagnostic data.
