FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has funnel produced from cotton fabric impregnated with composition having bee wax, propolis extract, ester oils like eucalyptus one, mint one, lavender one, cinnamon one. Funnel length is 120-160 mm, external diameter of one end is 6 mm, that of the other end is 22-24 mm, and wall thickness is 1.5-2 mm. The funnel is used for applying local heat treatment, making air rarefaction in external acoustic meatus due to oxygen consumption, and saturating it with drugs of anti- inflammatory, spasmolytic and anesthetic activity contained in the funnel.
