FIELD: mineral fertilizers. SUBSTANCE: process includes mixing phosphoric acid with sulfuric acid, stepped neutralization of ammonia with acid mixture until ammonia-to-phosphoric acid molar ratio first 1.4 and then 1.75 is attained, granulation, drying, and subsequent two-step cleaning of emission gases. For the process, organics-containing spent sulfuric acid from petrochemical production enterprises is used. EFFECT: reduced ammonia emission, improved granulation stage control, and imparted antiseptic properties to fertilizer. 2 cl, 3 ex
