SUBSTANCE: composition comprises, wt %: hydrocarbon slurry, 1-10; dispersed carbon, 1-10 organic filler, e.g. peat or wood waste, 10- 34; lime, 1-5; dispersed alumosilicate, e.g. clay, 3-10; portland cement, 5-10; and water, the balance. Composition comprises aniline complex copper and/or iron compounds in amount of 1.0-3.0 wt %.
