FIELD: methods and systems for manufacture of commercial products from hydraulically hardened material containing reinforcing threads, for instance, continuous fibers. SUBSTANCE: method of manufacture of commercial product from water-hardened material includes mixing together of hydraulically hardened binding substance, filling material, substance varying rheological characteristics and water in specific concentrations. In so doing, hydraulically hardened mixture is obtained which posses fluidity in extrusion through spinneret and immediately acquiring stability upon leaving the spinneret. Simultaneously with extrusion of this mixture through spinneret, fibers are continuously laid into mixture. In this case, continuous and simultaneous winding of, at least, one fiber by means of laying device is effected to produce product containing, at least, one wound fiber. Use is made of laying device made for direct introduction and simultaneous winding of one or several fibers into hydraulically hardened mixture with different depth of immersion, angle of winding and concentration of fibers inside product. Extruded hydraulically hardened mixture is hardened with formation of hydraulically hardened matrix for commercial product. Extruded commercial product contains hydraulically hardened mixture including hydraulically hardened binding substance, at least, one filling material and water. Product contains, at least, two fibers included into hydraulically hardened matrix which are continuous and sufficiently flexible. At least, two continuous flexible fibers are laid into hydraulically hardened mixture with their crossed orientation. Versions of extruded commercial product and versions of its manufacture are also offered. EFFECT: provided manufacture of hydraulically hardened products reinforced with continuous fibers featuring high strength and impact elasticity. 69 cl, 33 dwg
