FIELD: construction engineering. SUBSTANCE: flooring elevation is adjusted by means of fastening and supporting member driven in flooring or by boarding joist. Fastening and supporting member is essentially hollow post with closed end on one side for fixing it to footing. Hollow post is threaded outside and its wall thickness is varying through height and/or over its perimeter. Outer diameter of butt end equals or exceeds diameter of outer thread of post to form flange whose height is equal to at least half the distance between adjacent turns of thread. EFFECT: enhanced strength and reliability of fastening and supporting members of floor. 24 cl, 8 dwg
