SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, more specifically to the method for floor board topping. The method for floor board topping includes the installation of metal joists on the floor beams having a “hat” or “omega” profile in cross section. Perpendicular to the joists, a floor board of the 1st row is installed without the possibility of displacement along the joists. Next, a board of the 2nd row is installed with pre-drilled holes, into which spring blocks are installed, consisting of a screw-on hardware with a head, and a combined compression-torsion spring strung on it. Each spring is positioned in the hole so that the protruding part of one of the supporting turns engages with the profile of the joist, after which the boards are fastened by screwing the hardware through the body of the board of the 2nd row into the body of the board of the 1st row, then the boards of the 3rd and subsequent rows are installed similarly, repeating the operation until the flooring is completely laid.

EFFECT: exclusion of gaps between the floor boards.
