FIELD: optical instrumentation, specifically, photometric instruments for measurement of concentration of substances with use of chemically sensitive elements. SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes chemically sensitive optical element 3, sources 1 of sounding radiation, unit 5 to collect reflected light, correction light filter 6, photodetectors 7, substrate 4 produced in the form of diffuse reflector having optical contact with element manufactured in the form of optically transparent thin layer. Dimensions of sensitive element, unit to collect reflected light, spot of sounding radiation on substrate and platform of photodetector are intercoupled by certain relations. EFFECT: expanded range of concentrations of analyzed substances with simultaneous rise of measurement sensitivity, increased accuracy of detection of sought-for component, exclusion of operation of sample dilution which results in decrease of total time of analysis. 10 dwg
