FIELD: production of building materials. SUBSTANCE: the moulding system for pentahedral, monolithic, seamless concrete products has an external jacket, void-forming cores together with the base and a movable tray designed for facilitating the release of the finished product. The external jacket has two L-shaped panel members that are supported at movement between the open and closed positions by a pair of angle actuators installed on the base and stretching from the fixed base to the top of each panel member. The panel members are coupled by actuators positioned along each of the mutually adjacent two angles of the jacket. The void-forming cores have four internal panels connected by four interior pulling-in angles. Minimum two groups of actuators draw apart also the middle part of the void-forming cores and together with the actuators of the angle devices are used for drawing-apart and tightening of the whole void-forming cores. The actuators resting on the base are attached to the void-forming cores, and each of them has an adjustable connecting rod for selective engagement with the external panel members adjoining the tray wit the aim of building-up of additional pressure between the void-forming cores and external panel members for reinforcement of the system.
