PLANT FOR CLEANING INDUSTRIAL CONDENSATES AFTER WASHING DOWN-THE-HOLE EQUIPMENT Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: plants for cleaning industrial condensates. SUBSTANCE: plant includes separating reservoir in preliminary cleaning stage which is provided with branch pipes for delivery of condensate to be cleaned and surface-active agent and discharge of ACПO; before-cleaning stage of plant includes hydraulic cyclone, filter unit and inclined settler connected in succession. Hydraulic cyclone has housing made in form of inverted cone with unit for additional twisting of flow and filtering-coalescent media made from stainless metal chips. Inlet branch pipe is combined with injector for delivery of pressure air and heated steam to condensate; filter has housing with cylinder coaxially arranged inside it and filled with filtering- coalescent media 19; fine-grained filtering media 20 is placed in circular space between housing and cylinder. Filter unit outlet 8 is connected to inclined settler inlet 9. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of cleaning; possibility of performing cleaning cycle both under stationary and field conditions; ecological safety due to reduced cleaning time; low expenses. 2 cl, 1 dwg
