Polymeric material is destructive ethylene-propylene rubber or destructive isoprene rubber or oligomer based on piperilene, vinyl acetylene and divinyl, and plasticizer is dibutyl phthalate, rations of components being as follows, wt %: petroleum-polymer resin, 10.5-24.3: destructive ethylene-propylene rubber or destructive isoprene rubber, or oligomer based on piperilene, vinyl acetylene and divinyl, 3.5-15.5; pigment, 19.5-32; filler, 15-26; dibutyl phthalate, 0.5-3.0; siccative 0.5- 2.0; and solvent, the balance.
