FIELD: single- pass drawbenches for tube wire manufacture. SUBSTANCE: electric drive has electric motors intercoupled through material being treated. Newly introduced is billet tension sensor whose output is connected to inputs of division unit, storage unit, and comparison unit and whose input is connected to memory unit output; output of comparison unit is connected to delay unit input and at the same time to first inputs of negative and positive AND circuits whose second inputs are connected to delay unit output; outputs of negative and positive AND circuits are connected to first time relay; second input of division unit is connected to memory unit output and its output is connected through contacts of first time relay to respective multiplying units whose second inputs are connected to output of voltage shaper, these voltages corresponding to multiplication by one or less; third inputs of multiplying units are connected through memory units and contacts of second relay to adder output; outputs of multiplying units are connected through contacts of second relay to second inputs of correctors; adder outputs are also connected to these inputs of correctors through contacts of second relay; first inputs of adders are connected to voltage setting element whose setting voltage corresponds to rated value of field current; second inputs of adders are connected to reverse-polarity voltage setting element; inputs of second relays are connected to outputs of comparison units whose first input is connected to voltage setting element whose setting voltage corresponds to rated armature current; second inputs of comparison units are connected to outputs of respective sensors of motor armature currents.
