FIELD: hardware industry branch, possibly descaling rolled rods and preparing their surface for drawing. SUBSTANCE: aggregate includes unit for coiling and uncoiling, unit for electrolytic-plasma cleaning having controlled direct-current source, two cathode sections and one anode section in the form of plasmatron whose electrode is connected with positive pole of controlled direct-current source and drying unit. Anode section is arranged between cathode sections. Novelty is additional scale breaker and electrode of plasmatron in the form of metallic rings with cut (concentrators) mutually joined by means of current conductive rods. Surface of rings and rods is covered with electrically insulated material except ring surface turned to cleaned rod. Electrically insulated material has grooves between rings. Negative pole of controlled electric current source is connected with rod through rotary electric current supply rollers placed in electrolyte medium. EFFECT: possibility for creating increased concentration of electric discharges onto relatively small area. 3 dwg
