FIELD: chemical technology apparatuses operating in flowing medium with use of acoustic high- intensity vibrations; applicable in chemical, oil producing, food and wood-pulp and paper industries for production of fine-grain emulsions, suspensions, saturated solutions and homogeneous mixtures. SUBSTANCE: rotary dispersing apparatus consists of body with inlet and outlet pipes, stator fastened to body and rotor made for rotation in body. Stator is installed between blades and rotor cylinder coaxial to the latter and with clearance between stator internal surface and rotor blades and also between stator external surface and rotor cylinder internal surface equalling 0.1-0.3 mm. Stator slots are made at angle to rotor rotation side and stator teeth have backing off. Rotor blades are installed at angle opposite to rotor rotation. Rotor cylinder has slots opposite to rotor rotation direction. External edge of blades, internal surface of rotor cylinder, external and internal cylindrical surfaces of stator are turned. Blades and rotor cylinder are detachable. EFFECT: intensified process of dispersing with increased service life of apparatuses. 5 cl, 2 dwg
