SUBSTANCE: method is used for production of foodstuffs of different viscosity, for example, mayonnaise, pastes, etc. Method includes simultaneous grinding, mixing, homogenization, and thermal treatment of source materials in tank wit rotary-dispersing apparatus at intensity of 100-500 W/kg of product. Acoustic treatment frequency makes up 2-6 kHz. As a result, simple production line makes it possible to obtain high-quality food stuffs with minimum loss of nutritious substances.
