FIELD: oil producing industry. SUBSTANCE: method includes injection of aqueous solution of diammonium phosphate, nutrient medium and biological reagent through injection well, and withdrawal of oil through producing wells. Nutrient medium is used in form of cellulose-containing material and biological reagent in form of cellulose-decomposing bacteria. Chalk is injected additionally. Aqueous solutions of diammonium phosphate, cellulose-containing material, cellulose-decomposing bacteria and chalk are injected together or separately. Added additionally to nutrient medium may be pepton. Method may be applicable under conditions of high temperatures. EFFECT: highly efficient method due to complex effect on encroached formation nonuniform in permeability resulting in increased coverage of formation and oil recovery factor. 3 cl, 2 tbl, 86 ex
