FIELD: small arms, in particular, box magazines. SUBSTANCE: the magazine has a case with a receiver, box follower located inside the case hinge-joined to which are two feed pieces, spring located between the follower and magazine base, and cartridge flow separators placed on the case walls in its contracting part. The novelty is in the fact that the cartridge flow separators are made in the form of rhomboid bosses on the front and rear walls of the case with formation of two single-row ducts to the receiver between the lateral faces of the rhomboic bosses. The box follower is made with a through lateral opening and two adjacent upper platforms shifted in height by 1/4 of the diameter of the used cartridge. The feed pieces are installed in the follower opening so that the upper surface of one of the feed pieces projects above the higher platform of the follower, and the upper surface of the other feed piece sinks under it. The upper surfaces of separated feed pieces are shifted relative to the respective adjacent platforms of the boss of the follower by 1/2 of the cartridge diameter, the feed pieces in the lower part are provided with lever projections directed towards each other and engageable with the follower spring.
