SUBSTANCE: device whose sleeve is provided with externally or internally threaded section and hollow cylindrical section has threaded tool for jointing with threaded section of sleeve, hollow double-action power unit, extruder, means for translational displacement of extruder along sleeve axis to deform its material so as to form its joint to reinforcing bar, and means exerting back pressure to sleeve in direction opposing that of force created by extruder.
