FIELD: rocket manufacturing. SUBSTANCE: cover of combustion chamber has axial rod and members to thrust against chamber provided with seals. Thrust members are made in form of bushing secured on axial rod and provided with radial reinforcement ribs on ends of which spring-loaded levers with rollers are hinge-mounted. Axial travel limiter is installed for displacement on axial rod. Travel limiter has slider and shell interconnected by tie-rods, and sealing valve with spacer and plate secured on spacer. Seal is fitted on periphery of plate over its perimeter. End section of rod is threaded and is provided with nut. Springs are installed along rod axis between nut and spacer and between spacer and slider. EFFECT: improved performance characteristics of cover for combustion chamber of liquid propellant rocket engine. 5 cl, 2 dwg
