FIELD: mechanical engineering working wheels of pumps handling slurry. SUBSTANCE: working wheel has disks and blades placed between disks. Working surface of blade is made to epicycloid from inlet to outlet and to logarithmic spiral on rear side. Longitudinal screw grooves are made on working side of blade from inlet to outlet. Grooves are connected with cross groove made at outlet from working side of blade. Invention is aimed at increasing wear resistance of pump by reducing intensive impact action of hard particles at blade working side outlet owing to transformation of compact action of hard particles onto blade surface into sliding in longitudinal screw grooves on blade working side.
