FIELD: radio navigation systems. SUBSTANCE: device designed for operation in satellite radio navigation systems in response to GPS and GLONASS signals in frequency range L1 with C/A code modulation and at GLONASS warrant frequencies i = -7 - 4 and i = 0 - 12 has input unit incorporating at least one band filter, first signal frequency conversion unit incorporating at least one mixer, channels of second frequency conversion unit for GPS and GLONASS signals, respectively, each incorporating filter, mixer, and analog-to-digital conversion unit built around amplifier and threshold elements. Device also has clock and heterodyne- frequency signal shaping equipment whose clock signal shaping unit made in the form of scale-of-eight division unit is connected to output of third heterodyne-frequency signal shaping unit which is, essentially, scale-of-eight division unit connected to output of first heterodyne-frequency signal shaping unit. The latter and second heterodyne-frequency signal shaping unit are, essentially, variable frequency synthesizers whose reference inputs are connected to output of frequency standard and control inputs function as device control inputs.
