FIELD: radio navigation, in particular, satellite radio-navigation receivers of the GPS and GLONASS systems of frequency range L1. SUBSTANCE: the receiver has a radio-frequency converter, N-channel digital correlator, computer, time-mark signal generator, each channel of the digital correlator has a correlation processing module, digital carrier-frequency oscillator and a digital code oscillator. Each digital carrier-frequency and code oscillator has an adder-accumulator and a readout forming unit. Each adder-accumulator of each digital carrier-frequency and code oscillator is made in the form of radio- frequency and audio-frequency accumulating modules, it also contains a series-connected output combination adder and an output phase register. The radio-frequency accumulating module has series-connected first frequency code register, first combination adder and the first phase register, whose output is connected to the second input of the first combination adder and to the first input of the output combination adder. The audio-frequency accumulating module has series-connected second frequency code register, second combination adder and the second phase register, whose output is connected to the second input of the second combination adder, and the output of the respective most significant digit positions are connected to the second input of the output combination adder. The clock input of the output phase register and the clock input of the first phase register of the radio-frequency accumulating module make up a clock input of the accumulating adder - the clock input of the respective digital oscillator, clock input of the second phase register of the audio-frequency accumulating module make up an additional input of the digital oscillator. The information inputs of the frequency code registers of the radio-frequency and audio-frequency accumulating modules make up the control inputs of the accumulating adder. The outputs of the respective digit positions of the output phase register make up the output of the formed reference signals of the digital oscillator. The receiver also uses a driver of additional audio-frequency clock signals for the digital carrier-frequency oscillator and digital code oscillator made in the form of a frequency divider and a phase readout register coupled to it, the first and the second outputs of the audio-frequency clock signals of the frequency divider are connected respectively to the additional inputs of the digital carrier-frequency oscillator and digital code oscillator of each channel of the N-channel correlator.
