FIELD: security systems for smart cards. SUBSTANCE: device provides protection of smart cards with reloaded application software against unauthorized access. System for loading application and respective access rights to smart card, which contains also other applications with respective access rights with values, which alter while application is called, provides remote storage with respect to said smart card of application and access rights with defined source value, which corresponds to the application. Smart card is equipped with processor and memory unit, which is connected to processor and stores second application with access rights.
