SUBSTANCE: mobile device has removable integrated-circuit card identifying mobile subscriber; it includes data processing means providing for saving subscriber's identification data in mobile communication network of GSM standard. Mobile device has, in addition, contactless interface built in case. Interface may be of infrared or inductive type. Mobile subscriber identification card can directly exchange data with peripheral device by means of this interface without using mobile radio communication network in either direction. Integrated-circuit card also has data exchange controller for data encryption and transmission of encrypted data through mentioned interface.
