FIELD: information presentation equipment, in particular, for decorative purposes. SUBSTANCE: device has a vertical transparent cylinder, which holds advertising image carrier and device for its illumination, and a cap, which holds drive with vertical output shaft for rotation of advertising image carrier. Transparent cylinder is designed as flexible hose, which lower end is attached to cap and which upper end is inserted into hose chamber and is equipped with gas-tight unit. Cap also contains fan for supercharge of flexible hose chamber. Advertising image carrier is flexible. Its upper end is connected to gas-tight unit through swivel. Its lower end is connected to output shaft of drive. EFFECT: facilitated delivery, increased speed of mounting in arbitrary locations, including pavilions and open spaces, independently from its height, decreased amount of materials and cost of production and usage. 11 cl, 5 dwg
