FIELD: transport engineering; transfer cases. SUBSTANCE: transfer case has housing accommodating drive shaft with gear, driving forward axle drive shaft with gear, countershaft with gear, interaxle differential with countershaft, driving rear axle drive shaft arranged in countershaft space and provided with differential gear rigidly secured on its one end, and differential lock-up clutch. Drive shaft is rigidly coupled with housing of bevel differential. Pair of gears installed on common pin in differential serves as drive shaft gear. Pin has hole for fitting-in indicated end of shaft of driving rear axle from side of drive shaft. One end of hollow countershaft is rigidly coupled with differential gear opposite to drive shaft gear of driving rear axle. Gears for engagement with differential lock-up clutch arranged above are rigidly secured on opposite ends of shafts. Countershaft gear is in constant meshing with drive shaft gear of forward driving axle and indicated gear of hollow countershaft. EFFECT: reduced vibration and load on housing and bearing units of driving axle shafts at small overall dimensions of transfer case. 1 dwg
