FIELD: polymer materials. SUBSTANCE: 2.5% aqueous hydrochloric acid solution of melamine-formaldehyde resin with pH 1.42 is emulsified in 10% toluene solution of vinyl acetate/butyl acrylate/acrylic acid copolymer in presence of surfactant: monoalkyl ester of polyethylene glycol and primary fatty alcohols (trade mark Neonol P 124-10) to form hydrogel of melamine- formaldehyde resin capable of encapsulation in the process of film formation. Method is distinguished by additionally using 2.5% silver nitrate aqueous solution and then 2.5% aqueous solution of polyethyleneimine so that composition finally contains, weight parts: above indicated toluene solution 10.0-11.0, resin solution 3.0-3.5, silver nitrate solution 2.0-2.5, polyethyleneimine solution 1.5-1.6, and surfactant 0.10-0.15. EFFECT: increased cohesion and adhesion for nonporous substrates.
