FIELD: oil producing industry; diagnostic devices. SUBSTANCE: proposed system has force transmitters connected with switch unit and installed on each deep-well pumping unit. Force transmitters are connected through communication channel with force measurement receiving circuit whose out-let is connected with inlet of scaling unit connected in series with selecting unit and computer. Adaptable vibrations unit consists of series-connected polished rod travel period measuring unit, sinewave oscillator and integrator. Outlet of adaptable vibrations unit is connected to inlet of scaling unit. Polished rod position detector unit is introduced additionally. This unit consists of series-connected differentiating unit and pulse shaping unit. Inlet of polished rod position detector unit is connected with force measurement receiving circuit and its outlet is connected with polished rod travel period measuring unit.
