FIELD: oil producing industry. SUBSTANCE: device is designed for use in information-metering systems for control of operation of sucker-rod deep-well pumping units and for indirect calculation of amount of produced oil and for acquisition and accumulation of information of operation of sucker-rod deep-well pumping unit. Proposed device contains metering module and recording unit installed on each sucker-rod deep-well pumping unit. Information is taken periodically by means of portable computer or special accumulating device along communication line or by means of frequency transmitter. Metering module consists of force transducer connected to amplifier of signal from recording unit including multiplexor, analog-to- digital converter, supply unit, real-time clock, microprocessor including permanent storage, serial bi-directional data input-output port, storage battery, standby supply battery, frequency transmitter and microprocessor restarting unit. Metering module and recording unit are installed in crossmembers of sucker-rod deep-well pumping unit. EFFECT: possibility of obtaining and accumulating information of operation and yield, improved accuracy of measurements, provision of reliability in operation and reduced production expenses. 1 dwg
