FIELD: satellite and earth communication systems using three-dimensional modulation. SUBSTANCE: transmitting part of device has carrier oscillator, clock oscillator, two channels for generation of orthogonal frequency channels, one of which is used as synchronization channel, and another one as information carrier. Receiving part of device provides synchronization of received signal with reference signal and detection of received information . Goal of invention is achieved by frequency synthesizer, two gates, phase inverter, and adder, which are introduced at transmission part of device, and by two band-pass filters, two maximal value selection circuits, which are introduced at receiving part of device. This results in possibility to transmit main information simultaneously with additional information, which may be used as service channel. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities, increased speed of information transmission. 4 dwg
