SUBSTANCE: newly introduced in digital data transfer device transmitter are two phase keyers, two adders, and two attenuators; introduced in its receiver are demodulator incorporating phase detector, voltage-controlled generator, and low-pass filter, multiplier, two delay lines, phase detector, and 90 deg. phase shifter.
EFFECT: enhanced throughput capacity of communication channel.
