FIELD: mechanical engineering; aircraft ground servicing. SUBSTANCE: tractive coupler of towing vehicle includes towing vehicle, tow bar holding grip at its end which is engaged with front leg of aircraft undercarriage, equalizing unit and towing cable which is connected with rear legs of aircraft undercarriage by means of grips. Proposed coupler is provided with hydraulic ram mounted between grip and frame of towing vehicle and is secured on grip matched with hole in front leg of aircraft undercarriage where it is secured. Two bar made in form of hydraulic cylinder is connected with grip and with frame of towing vehicle by means of bearing. Rodless chamber of hydraulic cylinder - tow bar is communicated with spool valve through adjustable throttle valve; controllable check valve mounted in parallel with throttle valve is used to exclude drainage of liquid from rodless chamber of hydraulic cylinder - tow bar. Control chamber of controllable check valve is communicated with rod chamber of hydraulic cylinder - tow bar. EFFECT: increased coupling weight of towing vehicle at transportation of aircraft; reduced dynamic loads in tractive coupler; complete relief of two bar from bending moment. 4 dwg
