FIELD: manufacture of fiber glass- reinforced tubes, balloons for compressed gas, containers for storage of liquids, for forming protective anticorrosive coatings and various products from composite materials. SUBSTANCE: binder comprises, %: epoxydiane resin, 40-53%, isomethyltetrahydrophthalic anhydride hardener, 32-42; 2,4,6-tris (dimetalaminomethyl)phenol accelerator, 0.7-1.5; and polyurethane plasticizer, 5-18. Composite materials based on epoxy binder have increased relative elongation having the same or greater strength properties. Fiber glass- reinforced plastic tubes retain air tightness during hydraulic tests up to excessive pressure of 6.0 Mpa. EFFECT: improved properties of the composite materials. 1 tbl
