FIELD: household chemical goods. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing alkali bleaching compositions intended for cleansing solid surfaces, bleaching and disinfecting these surfaces. Process consists of at least three stages: preliminary bromination, addition of bromine- containing compound, and product stabilization stage. The thus obtained product includes specific bleaching chlorine and bromine sources and specific amino-functional compounds such as sulfamates with low level of impurities.
