FIELD: methods of restriction of water inflow to oil producing wells; applicable in regulation of injectivity profile of water injection wells. SUBSTANCE: method includes successive injection of mixture of 1-3% solution of hydrochloric acid with 1-1.5% solution of sodium silicate at pH of mixture from 1.5 to 2. After injection of said mixture, 30-50% solution of sodium silicate is injected in amount sufficient for increase of mixture pH to 5-8.
