SUBSTANCE: invention relates to exhaust gas cleaning and cooling devices of diesel engine and can be used in major repair and completion of wells, on drilling rigs and mobile compressor stations powered by diesel engines. Plant is mounted on truck trailer. Exhaust gases let into plant through flexible metal hose. Plant includes series-connected mechanical cleaning unit with cyclone separator, centrifugal fan and moisture-and-oil separator, fine chemical cleaning unit-adsorber, cooling unit consisting of two tandem-mounted water coolers for cooling exhaust gases, centrifugal water pump 8 and piping 9 between air fan and radiator.
