Abstract RU 2160880 C2

FIELD: ammunition, in particular, shaped charges having a lens of inert material. SUBSTANCE: the shaped charge has an explosive material, shaped-charge case producing a hollow cavity. The case is made destructible at a shock action of blast wave with formation of a jet penetrating through various materials. To impart a definite shape to the diverging blast wave, use is made of a lens made of material with a low sound-wave propagation velocity and a high refractive index. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of shaped charge action. 13 cl, 4 dwg
