FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing a biological object to air ion action and taking off the charge transferred by the air ions. The charge is relieved completely in discrete time moments in equal portions qi. The number N of relieved charge portions qi is counted. Air ion action upon the biological object is stopped, when N corresponding to some predefined dose is achieved, where i=1,2,3:N. The biological object is electrically insulated from the ground and the positive high voltage power supply source pole of the ionizer unit. When relieving the charge, current return is provided. The device has ionizer unit, unit for relieving charge transferred by air ions, high voltage power supply source, N number counter and control unit. The unit for relieving charge has accumulation capacitor, comparison unit and key. The accumulation capacitor is connected to the comparison unit with its first end. The second end is connected to the key outlet and grounded or connected to the positive high voltage power supply source pole of the ionizer unit. The device output is connected to the N number counter unit inlet and the second inlet of the key. The biological object is electrically insulated from the ground and the positive high voltage power supply source pole of the ionizer unit. The control unit inlet is connected to the N-number counter unit outlet and its outlet is connected to the ionizer unit inlet. The first end of the accumulating capacitance is inlet for the unit for relieving charge. Its outlets are the second end of the accumulating capacitance and comparison unit outlet.
