FIELD: medicine, equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical and sanitary equipment designed for air saturation with fast negative ions. Air ioniser contains dielectric body with built-in supply voltage to direct high-voltage transducer with positive pole that is galvanically connected to supply main. Interior body volume is filled with dielectric compound, and body itself is socketed to fix ionising electrode furnished with needle rim on end face and connected through resistor and socket with high-voltage negative pole. Resistor is variable, and there is solenoid provided between socket and needle rim designed so that air ion flow runs in the direction lined with solenoid axis. Invention enables to improve ioniser capacity due to higher air ion concentration within working zone.

EFFECT: improved capacity of air ioniser.
