FIELD: metallurgy, namely, rolled steel production, possibly manufacture of rolled steel strips for forming complex-shape parts. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of hot rolling, etching, cold rolling at using emulsion with concentration 0.3-2.5%, recrystallization annealing in hood furnace with step heating and controlling composition of annealing medium for decreasing strip contamination with sublimation products and decomposing residual emulsion; performing annealing process with two intermediate curing periods at 580 C and 650 C; continuously removing products of sublimation and emulsion decomposition before starting heating until termination of intermediate curing at 650 C due to supplying annealing medium containing 4-7.5% of H2 and 92.5-96% of N2. EFFECT: lowered black carbon deposits on rolled strip, manufacture of metal with enhanced consumers' properties. 1 tbl, 1 ex
