FIELD: metallurgy, production of steel rolled stock. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in production of strip steel intended for stamping of parts of intricate configuration. Technical result of invention lies in production of cold-rolled strip after annealing with high-quality surface, practically without any deposits of carbon black and with complex of mechanical properties, microstructure, crystallographic texture which secure high-category drawing while stamping parts of intricate configuration with simultaneous growth of their output, reduced production expenses and raised profitableness. Process includes heating of pile of rolls to temperature of 690-710 C with intermediate holding at 640-660 C in heated zone that is slowest to heat, blow of under-muffle space from start of heating to achievement of temperature in pile of rolls slowest to heat equal to temperature of termination of evaporation process of rolling emulsion with protective atmosphere carrying 4-7% of hydrogen, nitrogen being the balance.
