FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: dyeing is accomplished by impregnation of cellulose fibers with dyeing solution, fixation of dye, impregnation with sodium chloride solution, washing, strengthening coloration, and final drying, said fixation of dye being performed by holding textile material exposed to air and said sodium chloride solution being supplemented by sodium sulfate at sulfate-to-chloride ratio from 1:3 to 1:5 and total salt concentration in solution 20 to 80 g/l. EFFECT: improved dyeing characteristics due to increased strength parameters. 1 tbl
