FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: device actually relates to construction and repair of wells. Device has internal body and external body adapted for telescopic interaction. Located between internal and external bodies is ball-type detent. Seat is adapted for telescopic interaction with internal body of device and with ball-type detent. Device is provided with setting pipe union, and seat is provided with circular locking ring and is adapted for additional telescopic interaction with external body of device. Application of aforesaid embodiment of disconnecting device allows at minimal labour and time for carrying out technological operations such as lowering and cementation of incomplete casing strings for isolation of medium and upper flooded beds with application of only one cementation plug, etc. in vertical, inclined, and horizontal wells. In performing aforesaid operations, cost is reduced by 1.8-2.0 times, and emergency situations are made less probable. Device is simple in design, easy to manufacture and operate.
