FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing implant manufactured from biologically compatible material through endoscope into the Waldeyer vagina terminal part zone. The implant is introduced until appropriate physiologically normal ureter exit shape is achieved. The implant is introduced in performing reciprocating movements with endoscope needle in particular cases. Siloxan injection composition or hydrophilic polyacrylamide gel is useable. The implant volume to be introduced is equal to 0.7-1.3 ml. An antibiotic is additionally added to implant composition. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in modeling structural and functional parameters of intramural ureter regions. 5 tbl
