SUBSTANCE: one should perform endoscopic introduction of fixing substances under the mouth of patient's ureter. Then one should introduce the cultures of either auto- or allofibroblasts at the quantity of 3.5-7 mln. cells in the volume of not less than 1.5-2.0 ml physiological solution.
EFFECT: reduced number of side reactions.
