FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves setting radial bone head in direct way with its fixation. Elastic inlay for wire to be brought through is placed between the radial bone head and capitate eminence of the humerus. Ulna osteosynthesis is carried out using compressing plate. Forearm diafixation is carried out. The inlay is removed. EFFECT: excluded compression between the radial bone head and capitate eminence of the humerus; reduced risk of complications. 2 dwg
