FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and is intended for use in the treatment of patients with fresh fractures of Monteja in children. Under the general anesthesia, radial head is inserted. Repositioning of the ulnar bone fragments and fixation by the two forearm bones of the bones are performed. Intramedullary conduction of the needle into the ulnar bone is performed. Two crossing needles are carried through the elbow and radius bones, in the proximal part of the forearm, the spokes are bent and bent, leaving on the surface of the skin. Limb is fixed with a plaster bandage.
EFFECT: method allows for stable osteosynthesis of ulnar bone fragments without causing additional trauma, with the prevention of dislocation of the head of the radius.
